Abstract
This study combines the theory of social semiotics and “anti-language” to explore the resemiotization mechanism of “semi-anti-language” in internet subculture in the digitalintelligent era by taking the Internet buzzwords from Yaowen Jiaozi (2020-2025) as the research objects. It focuses on analyzing the resemiotization mechanism of “semi-anti-language” in its deconstruction, reconstruction and mainstreaming process and reveals the synergistic effect of technological empowerment, group demands and cultural context in the resemiotization process. The study finds that the resemiotization of “semi-anti-language” presents a three-stage operation mode: surface form deconstruction—middle-level semantic reconstruction—deep-level value integration, and that the “semi-anti-language” in the digital-intelligent era has significantly weakened its own “resistance” and strengthened its “compatibility” with mainstream discourse, therefore the core of the resemiotization process is not “resisting” but “integrating and coexisting”. By sorting out the laws of resemiotization of internet buzzwords, this paper provides theoretical as well as practical reference for understanding the evolution logic of internet language in the digital-intelligent era.
